Volunteering

	All Civil Volunteers staff are volunteers (we receive no payment).
	We require support staff for these role's, Fund Raising, Secretarial, Trustees and looking after our ambulance tasks.
	We always welcome qualified first aiders (training is also available if you are not qualified).
	Professional medics are also welcome.
	After training you will qualify as a CVO ambulance driver, ambulance technician.
	Training is available in the following subjects: medical gases, lifting and moving, ambulance equipment, patient handling, advanced resuscitation, AED (defib). As final training you are tested by a paramedic field based assessor.
